Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION and LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: At Guiding Waves Wellness, we value your time and dedication to your wellness. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we respectfully request that you review our cancellation, late arrival, and studio policies below before booking. We appreciate your understanding and we are so excited to work with you on your wellness journey! Location: Guiding Waves Wellness is located in the office of The Healing Flow Collective, a collaborative space for wellness practitioners and therapists at 850 Southbridge St, Unit 2, Auburn, MA 01501. (Between Lish Nutrition and Top Nails Salon) Arrival: For additional privacy and safety, the doors of the office remain locked. You can press the doorbell, or text 508-225-2362 to notify Joelle when you arrive. All clients are welcome to arrive 10 minutes prior to their session to either fill out new client paperwork, or to simply relax and read a book in our reading nook! Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this 48-hour widow will receive a full refund. Cancellations outside of this 48-hour window will not receive a refund, but will be offered to reschedule the appointment at your earliest convenience. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without giving any prior notice, you will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule. Late Arrivals: Please note that to respect the schedule of every client, late arrivals will not receive additional time. Your session will still end at its originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
