A Bit About Me

I remember lying on my massage therapist's table at the age of 10 while receiving CranioSacral Therapy for my chronic migraines, knowing that I wanted to help others find a similar sense of relief when I got older.

Now, I provide intuitive, tailored sessions designed to nourish you and your little one's nervous system in order to rediscover a sense of balance and vitality.

What I've found, and know to be true for myself, is that the symptom is not always as it seems. Where you feel the problems is not always the source of the problem.

Although the hardworking area is usually the one that starts to hurt, it is important to acknowledge the body that has learned to adapt along the way to any outside trigger - mental, emotional and/or physical.

By looking at and treating the body as a whole interconnected system, we are able to find and release the original restriction(s), allowing the painful area(s) to finally relax.

Whether you are young or young at heart, my goal is for you to leave not just feeling better, but knowing that you are supported, loved and perfect as you are. ​​​
