Myofascial Release
Listening to the Body's Resistance and Encouraging it to Let Go

Think of FASCIA as like a 3D spiderweb that wraps around every muscle, bone, and organ in your body. When you experience trauma, inflammation, or poor posture, ect., this web can become tight and restricted.
  • This Technique uses gentle, sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions, helping to "melt" the fascia from it's hardened state to a more natural, fluid-like quality.
  • It addresses the "memory" of what has stored in the connective tissues from any physical, emotional or mental trauma, and the chain reaction of tension that has ultimately resulted
  • Once the body feels it is safely supported, it can naturally let go of any tension patterns, giving it the opportunity to heal and restore balance, thereby providing relief from chronic conditions.
You may feel a sense of warmth, a subtle unwinding or a sense of release as the body and nervous system are given the space to quiet and re-balance. Most people leave feeling significantly lighter and more grounded.
